These Terms explain the rules for using the Celine Claire website and purchasing products from our online store. They cover product information, prices, orders, payments, delivery, returns, promotions and content submitted to us.
Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms apply when you visit celineclaire.com, use its store, create an account, submit a review or other content, use the Hair Quiz, or purchase directly from Celine Claire Cosmetic Inc.
By using the website, you agree to the parts of these Terms that apply to that activity. By placing an order, you confirm that you had the opportunity to review the order, correct errors, read these Terms and accept or decline the proposed purchase before submitting it.
If you do not agree, do not place an order or use a feature that requires acceptance. You may still contact us at order@celineclaire.com or +1 905-597-4177.
Purchases made through Amazon, a salon, another retailer or another marketplace are also governed by that seller's transaction terms. Contact the seller shown on the order receipt first for transaction-specific support.
An order must be placed by a person who can legally enter the purchase agreement or by someone acting with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. The purchaser must provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
Do not use the website or place an order for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We aim to present accurate product names, sizes, ingredients, directions, warnings, packaging and images. Packaging, labels, colour and minor visual details may change while the product itself remains the version identified in the order. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
Read the current product label, ingredient list, directions and warnings before use. If a website description and the delivered product label differ, contact us before using the product. Ingredient sensitivities and individual results vary.
Celine Claire is a Canadian haircare brand. A brand's Canadian identity is not a claim that every product is manufactured in Canada. A product origin will be stated only when it is verified for that specific item.
Website education, routines, FAQs, quiz results and product suggestions are general information. They do not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a physician, dermatologist, pharmacist or other qualified professional. Stop use and obtain appropriate advice if irritation or another unwanted reaction occurs.
Professional-use or advanced treatment products may require additional directions, precautions or trained application. Follow the specific product page and label.
Products may sell out, be limited by destination, or be withdrawn. Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed when the order is accepted.
We may set reasonable purchase limits, refuse a suspected fraudulent transaction, or cancel an order that cannot legally or safely be fulfilled. We will not use this right in a discriminatory or misleading manner. When an order is cancelled after payment, the amount collected will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's posting time.
The final shipping country entered at checkout controls the transaction currency, shipping rule, tax treatment and payment gateway. Location detection may prepare the initial storefront, but it is only an estimate. Checkout must recalculate from the confirmed shipping address before the order is submitted.

The cart and checkout must identify the transaction currency. International duties, local taxes, brokerage and customs charges may be imposed by a destination authority or carrier and are the customer's responsibility when applicable, unless checkout expressly states that a particular charge is included.
Prices and promotions may change prospectively. A change does not alter an order already accepted, except where the customer approves a correction or applicable law allows it.
We do not add hidden mandatory service, handling or checkout fees. Any non-government mandatory charge is included in or clearly disclosed with the represented price before the order is submitted.
We may correct a genuine display, currency, inventory or description error before accepting an order. If a material error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the purchaser with the correct information and a clear choice where required, or cancel the affected order and refund the amount collected.
We will not silently replace an item, increase the agreed price or charge an undisclosed fee.
Customers receive a final review step showing the selected items, quantities, discounts, shipping, taxes, known additional charges, currency and total, and can return to the cart or checkout fields to correct errors before selecting Place Order.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in the final checkout review. The automatic order-received page or email confirms receipt of that offer. It does not by itself confirm that every item can be fulfilled.
We accept the order when payment is successfully authorized or captured and the order passes availability, destination and fraud checks. The acceptance point and WooCommerce order status used operationally must be approved and stated consistently in the order email.
Your order is accepted when payment is successfully approved and Celine Claire sends or displays confirmation that the order has been received. This does not prevent Celine Claire from taking action required by law, or from contacting you about a genuine stock, security, delivery or material pricing problem. If Celine Claire cannot fulfil a paid order, it will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted, and the delivery address cannot be changed. This does not affect any cancellation right that applies to you by law.
If we cannot accept all or part of the order, we notify the purchaser using the order contact details and release or refund the affected payment. Keep order communications for your records.
Online card payment is not open on this website yet. When a payment provider is connected, the methods available for your destination are shown at checkout before you pay, and this policy is updated first.
The purchaser authorizes the applicable provider to process the amount displayed at checkout. Payment information is handled by the payment provider according to its terms and privacy practices. Celine Claire receives the transaction details needed to administer the order, detect fraud and provide support, as described in the Privacy Policy.
A bank may place an authorization hold even when an order does not complete. Release timing is controlled by the bank or payment provider. Alternative gateways, instalment options or payment promises are not published until they are enabled and tested in the relevant market.
Shipping eligibility, rates, order processing, tracking, address changes, delays, damaged parcels and international import charges are explained in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
The purchaser is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and reviewing it before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot promise an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly identify a date as guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, access and destination events may affect transit. Nothing in this paragraph removes a cancellation or delivery right available under applicable consumer law.
Where a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout, or returned because destination duties or charges were not paid, you are responsible for the reasonable cost of sending it again. Where a parcel is returned because of a carrier issue or a mistake on our side, we put it right at no cost to you. The same rule is set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Read the Refund & Returns Policy before ordering. It explains the approved process for incorrect, damaged, defective and other order issues, as well as the rules for change-of-mind requests involving cosmetic products.
The current policy direction does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for cosmetic products, including products that appear unopened. That rule does not remove rights or remedies for an incorrect, damaged or defective order, a misleading representation, or another situation protected by applicable law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the original transaction currency unless applicable law requires otherwise. Bank posting time can follow after Celine Claire submits the refund.
Haircare and cosmetic products are personal-use goods, so Celine Claire does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind. If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact order@celineclaire.com within 72 hours of delivery. Our Refund & Returns policy sets out the full process and the remedies available to you.
Guest checkout remains available unless the owner approves a lawful operational reason to require an account.
If you create an account, provide current information, protect the password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through the account when caused by your failure to protect access, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend access needed to investigate fraud, security abuse or a serious breach of these Terms. Contact us if you need help accessing, correcting or deleting account information. Privacy requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
A promotion may have its own eligibility, dates, products, market, minimum purchase, usage limit and exclusion terms. Those material conditions are displayed clearly with the offer. Unless the promotion says otherwise:
We may refuse or reverse a promotion obtained through fraud, technical abuse or a clear published-eligibility violation. We do not invent a restriction after the order is placed.
Any next-purchase offer on the thank-you page displays its actual value, eligible products, minimum spend, expiry, market restrictions and combination rules before sign-up. Email marketing consent is a separate voluntary choice. A purchase does not automatically subscribe the customer.
From time to time Celine Claire may offer a promotional code. Where a code is issued, the conditions that apply to it — what it can be used on, how long it lasts, and whether it can be combined with anything else — are shown with the code itself. Joining our email list is always optional and is never required to complete a purchase.
The Hair Quiz is an educational product-finder built from Celine Claire products. Its result is based on the answers submitted and does not promise a specific outcome or provide medical advice.
An email address is not required to receive the core quiz result. If a visitor separately requests saved results, product updates or marketing email, we show a clear unchecked consent choice and record it according to the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit content you do not own or have permission to share. A review, photo, video or testimonial must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive or private third-party information.
You retain ownership of content you create. Celine Claire may display, format and moderate content only within the permission scope you granted. Website publication, organic social media, email and paid advertising require separately recorded scopes when the approved submission flow calls for them. We may remove content that violates these Terms, is deceptive, exposes personal information or is no longer authorized for future use.
We do not purchase positive reviews, rewrite a customer's experience into a stronger claim, or present a result as typical without appropriate support. Incentivized content is disclosed.
Celine Claire publishes customer photos, videos and written content only with the permission of the person who created it. The terms that apply to content shared with us are set out in our User Content Terms. There is currently no upload form on this website; content reaches us directly, and permission is recorded before anything is published.
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping, product research and ordinary interaction with Celine Claire. You may not:

The Celine Claire name, logos, product presentation, original photography, video, copy, graphics and website design are owned by or licensed to Celine Claire Cosmetic Inc. They may not be reproduced, sold, altered or used to imply endorsement without written permission, except where applicable law permits use.
Product names or marks belonging to another party remain that party's property. Nothing on the website grants a licence beyond the limited access needed to use the site for its intended purpose.
The website may link to payment providers, carriers, social platforms, retailers, maps, media players or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not mean Celine Claire controls every third-party service or endorses every statement on it.
Celine Claire remains responsible for obligations that applicable law assigns to it as the seller. A third-party clause does not transfer away a non-waivable consumer right.
We may maintain, update or discontinue website features. We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect service.
Material changes to product orders already accepted require the purchaser's agreement or another lawful basis. Changes to the website do not erase existing transaction records or customer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Celine Claire is not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse contrary to product directions, unauthorized website interference, or events outside its reasonable control. Any limitation must be interpreted narrowly and in light of the transaction and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, conditions, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing removes responsibility for Celine Claire's own fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, or obligations imposed by consumer protection law.
Celine Claire takes reasonable care in describing and supplying its products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, or any right or remedy, where doing so is prohibited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for any statutory consumer guarantee that cannot be waived.
Product suitability, instructions, ingredients and warnings should be reviewed on the relevant product page and on the packaging you receive. Hair Quiz recommendations and the educational content on this website are general information, not medical advice.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without removing mandatory rights available to a consumer in their home jurisdiction.
If a concern arises, contact us first so we can review the order and evidence. This does not prevent a customer from contacting a consumer-protection authority, payment provider or court, or from using another right available under law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s place of residence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or a right where doing so is prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the store, products, law or service providers. The page displays the current effective and last-updated dates. A material change applies prospectively unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise or law permits another treatment.
A versioned copy of the Terms accepted for each order is kept. The historical record is not replaced when the public page changes.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not automatically a waiver. These Terms, the order details and the policies incorporated into the transaction form the applicable agreement for the direct online purchase, subject to mandatory law.
We may transfer business obligations only in a way permitted by law and without removing customer rights. Customers may not transfer an order or account for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
