These Terms explain what happens when you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content to Celine Claire and choose how we may use it.
You keep ownership of your original content. Celine Claire receives only the permissions you actively grant. Website publication, organic social media, email marketing and paid advertising are separate choices.
This summary is for convenience. The complete Terms below apply.
These Terms apply when you:
A contest, giveaway, paid creator agreement or professional production may require separate official rules or a signed contract. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement controls for that project to the extent permitted by law.
You must be legally able to grant the permissions you select.
You must be 18 or older to submit content to Celine Claire. We do not accept photos, videos or written content from anyone under 18.
Do not submit identifiable content featuring a child or another person unless the approved workflow has obtained the appropriate written permissions from every required person or guardian.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
Passwords, complete payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, private addresses or unnecessary sensitive information.
A review should describe what you personally used, how you used it and what you observed. Results vary with hair type, condition, routine, technique and other factors.
Celine Claire may ask for order or product context to verify the experience. Verification does not guarantee that a review will be favourable or published.
We will not ask you to make a claim you do not believe, hide a relevant connection or present a scripted statement as an independent opinion. We may decline content that makes a misleading representation, attributes an unsupported guarantee to the brand, or creates a materially inaccurate impression.
Moderation must not transform a customer's words into a stronger claim. If a material edit changes meaning, Celine Claire will obtain fresh written approval before publication.
Tell us if your content is connected to:
The disclosure must remain clear, prominent and close to the content wherever it appears. A profile bio, brand tag, hidden hashtag or expanded caption is not always sufficient.
Celine Claire may add or preserve an accurate disclosure label. You agree not to remove a required disclosure from content you publish under a Celine Claire arrangement.
You retain ownership of copyright you hold in the original content. These Terms do not transfer ownership to Celine Claire.
You grant only the licence connected to each permission you select and the reasonable technical rights needed to store, review, format, publish and remove the content within that scope.
The submission form presents each optional scope separately. No box is preselected. The cards below explain the four scopes — the actual permission checkboxes live only in the submission flow.
Website publication
Approved content may appear on celineclaire.com — product pages, Reviews & Results, routines, hair concerns and relevant landing pages.
Organic social media
Approved content may appear in the brand's unpaid posts, stories, reels, highlights and profile galleries on identified platforms.
Explanation onlyEmail marketing
Approved content may appear inside brand or product emails. This is not consent to receive marketing email — newsletter consent is separate.
Explanation onlyPaid advertising
Approved content may appear in paid digital advertising on identified platforms, placements, markets and licence period.
Explanation onlyPaid advertising permission is never inferred from website or organic-social permission. Creator whitelisting, allowlisting, Spark Ads, partnership ads, account access or advertising from a creator handle requires a separate written agreement and platform-specific authorization.
Retail packaging, point-of-sale material, television, print, outdoor advertising, marketplace listings, retailer pages or sublicensing to another business are not included unless separately described and actively approved in writing.
For each selected scope, the licence is non-exclusive. You may continue using and licensing your own content.
The permission record specifies: exact content or asset ID · approved text, image, video or audio version · permission scope · named platforms or channels where required · territories or markets · start date · end date or review date · whether paid media is included · whether Celine Claire may crop, resize, caption or combine the content · public display name and attribution choice · compensation or benefit, if any · disclosure label · withdrawal contact and treatment.
When you give permission, you allow Celine Claire to use the content you submit for three years, worldwide. Permission is requested separately for each place we might use it — our website, our own social accounts, our email, and paid advertising — and you can agree to some and not others.
Without asking you again, we may crop, resize, reformat, colour-correct reasonably, add captions, and shorten a video clip, provided the meaning or context of your content is not materially changed. We will use the name or social handle you give us when you grant permission; otherwise we do not add a credit unless we have agreed one with you.
Where a product was gifted, paid for, discounted, or there is any other material connection, that is disclosed alongside the content.
Within an approved scope, Celine Claire may make limited technical edits:
We will not intentionally reverse the meaning, fabricate a result, materially alter an appearance or attribute words to you that you did not approve.
Material edits, translations that affect meaning, composite before-and-after presentations, synthetic alteration, voice cloning, face replacement or generative-AI modification require separate informed written permission.
The submission form lets you choose the public identification approved for that content — for example, first name and province, initials, creator handle, or another approved display name. Private contact details are not published.
If you approve content showing your face, voice, likeness or personal story, the permission applies only within the selected scope and licence details.
We may omit attribution where a platform format makes it impractical only if the approved permission allows that treatment. We will not imply employment, professional endorsement or a continuing partnership unless that relationship is true and disclosed.
Before-and-after images must:
Celine Claire may add context explaining that individual results vary. A dramatic or atypical result must not be presented as guaranteed or typical without appropriate evidence.
Social-platform music availability does not automatically authorize Celine Claire to reuse the track on its website, in email or in paid advertising.
If approved content contains music, artwork, another brand, a photographer's work or another person's performance, Celine Claire must confirm the required commercial rights for each intended channel. When rights cannot be confirmed, we use an approved muted, replaced or edited version only if that treatment is within the contributor's permission and does not distort the content.
Celine Claire may verify, moderate, decline, delay or remove content for reasons including missing or unverifiable permission, privacy or safety concerns, suspected fraud or manipulation, irrelevant or unlawful material, undisclosed incentives, copyright or likeness concerns, a misleading overall impression, technical quality that prevents accessible or accurate publication, or a product or campaign no longer being active.
We do not promise publication and do not remove a genuine negative review merely because it is negative. A negative review may be withheld or removed for the same legitimate policy reasons applied to other submissions.
Submitting content does not create employment, agency, partnership or a right to compensation unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
If Celine Claire offers payment, product, discount, entry or another benefit, the offer states: what is being provided · what content or activity is requested · whether an honest review is optional or required · that a positive opinion is never required · the applicable permission scopes · the licence period · disclosure obligations · payment or delivery conditions.
A customer must not lose ordinary support, refund rights or warranty treatment because they decline a content request or submit a negative experience.
Celine Claire handles submission and permission information under the Privacy Policy.
Private records may include contact information, order verification, product relationship, consent selections, licence details, moderation notes and withdrawal history. Public content may include the approved display name, review, image, video, hair context, result information and disclosure label.
Public content may be indexed, copied or shared by others after publication. Celine Claire can control its own channels and instructed service providers, but cannot guarantee removal from independent copies, search caches or shares outside its control.
Content permission is not combined with newsletter sign-up, cookie consent or another unrelated purpose.
Ask about future use, change a permission where available, or request removal. Send enough information to identify the content — display name, platform or page, and approximate publication date when possible.
Contact Us About Your Content →To ask about future use, change a permission where available or request removal, contact order@celineclaire.com with enough information to identify the content. Include the display name, platform or page and approximate publication date when possible.
Celine Claire will verify the request, stop new use within the affected approved scope where required, review active placements and explain what can be removed or discontinued.
Removal from Celine Claire-owned digital channels is different from recalling printed material, stopping already purchased advertising inventory or removing independent third-party copies. The approved public rule explains reasonable wind-down treatment without overstating that a licence is permanently irrevocable.
You can withdraw your permission at any time by writing to order@celineclaire.com. We remove approved content from our own channels within seven business days of receiving and approving a valid removal request.
Material that has already been distributed or is running in an active paid campaign may take a reasonable period to wind down, where the permission you gave allows it.
Withdrawing content permission does not automatically unsubscribe marketing email. Use the email's unsubscribe link or contact us separately for that request.

Provide the content location, the right you believe is affected, your relationship to the content and a safe way to respond. Do not send unnecessary identity documents in an initial email.
The page displays the current effective and last-updated dates. A material change does not silently expand permission already granted for an existing asset.
If Celine Claire wants to use previously submitted content in a materially different channel, territory, duration or advertising arrangement, it obtains the additional permission required by the approved workflow. An immutable record of the terms and permission version associated with each asset is kept.
